My Background

I've spent 15+ years measuring and improving human performance, starting in professional baseball during the Moneyball era, where I worked in front offices using analytics to find competitive advantages. I then brought those same skills to tech, building and leading people analytics teams at top organizations.

Why AI & What I'm Building

AI has genuinely changed my life. It has allowed me to scale myself in ways I never thought possible. I now run my entire business across multiple ventures, something that would have never been possible previously. I use AI daily to augment my skills and knowledge, and believe this represents the future of work where individuals can pursue multiple ventures instead of traditional single-career paths.
